Basic coverage items:

Plumbing system, electrical system, appliances.

Full coverage items:

Plumbing system, electrical system, appliances, heating system, air conditioning system, water heater, garbage disposal, door bell, smoke detectors, light fixtures, garage door openers, touch-up paint, roof leak repair.

General terms for all plans:

1. Coverage under this contract includes normal wear and tear malfunctions. 

2. For covered items, unless otherwise specified in this contract, Feexer will repair or replace the covered item. Feexer has the sole right to determine, according to the terms of this contract, whether a covered item will be repaired or replaced. When making repairs, Feexer reserves the right to rebuild existing parts or components and/or to install rebuilt parts or components. When making replacements, Feexer is responsible for installing replacement equipment and parts of similar features, capacity, and efficiency, but not for matching dimensions, brand, or color. Feexer is not responsible for matching any feature of an existing item that does not contribute to the primary function of that item.

3. Feexer will repair or replace the item up to the combined cost of diagnosis and repair or replacement of the $1,500 limit per covered item.

4. Feexer will charge a $100 service call per covered item. 

5. In instances where the combined cost of diagnosis and repair or replacement is estimated to exceed a $1,500 limit, Feexer will provide an estimate to repair or replace the covered item. $1,500 will be applied towards repair or replacement. The property owner is responsible for paying the amount above the $1,500 limit. The repair or replacement must be performed by Feexer. Feexer will not pay $1,500 to the property owner if the property owner hires another contractor to repair or replace the covered item. 

6. The services will be initiated under normal circumstances within 48 hours after your service request is made to Feexer. The appointment will be scheduled for service to be performed during normal business hours.

7. Feexer will make reasonable efforts to expedite emergency service.

The property owner is required to pay an additional $100 fee for an emergency after normal hours service.

 

8. The property owner is responsible for covering the costs associated with any permits, tests, the correction of existing code violations, or inspections that may be necessary to complete the approved repair or replacement of the covered item. 

 

9. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to this Plan Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You and we each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial. Should any complaint be filed, or any claim be made arising out of the alleged breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, or for the purpose of enforcing any of its provisions, each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney's fees in connection with the complaint.
